Potato Soup       12/20/09 06:12 PM Edit Reply Quote Britt44 Reged: 05/27/09 Posts: 31 Loc: Iowa I found this recipe in Healthy Taste of Home and wanted to share with everyone. The original calls for celery and green onions to taste. I thought it was great all by itself though . Potato Soup: 4 medium potatoes (peeled and diced) 4 cups chicken broth ( I used granules ) Heat chicken broth to a boil. Add potatoes and boil for 10 to 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. Transfer half of mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into pot with remaining mixture and heat through. Enjoy! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
