Most of these appear to be quite IBS safe as they are with only minor obvious adjustments, however perhaps one (or more) of you might like to critique specific recipes and post them under the name of the actual recipe here on the Recipe Exchange. Copy/paste the entire link into your browser and you will be taken directly to the Syrian recipe list.
