best spices for spagetti/questions       12/01/09 12:06 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered whats the tasties ibs safe way to make spagettie? I already have 97% lean ground turkey hamburger unthawed ready to make tonight. I was reading recipes with tomatoe sauce and tomato paste with spices added..but then there are spagettie sauces in a jar,there's a healthy one called ragu low in fat,forget the name,heart healthy or something maybe. should I use tomato sauce with a can of tomato paste then with italian seasoning,oregano,parsley,basil or all of them added?
