I always wonder about frosting for it. This worked today and looked very fancy: take 1 container plain soy cream cheese 1/2 stick DF margarine 1t maple extract or so 1t cinnamon or more about 1/2 bag powdered sugar 1T or so of rice milk if needed Mix and chill Dairy free frosting is usually too runny to frost the cake with. Try cutting the cake, putting in a serving dish and then drizzling the gooey frosting on top. It looks better than a frosted cake. It seems like it is from a restaurant. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
