Re: Salad Dressings       09/22/09 07:50 PM Edit Reply Quote loret2010 Reged: 09/22/09 Posts: 1 I was diagnois with IBS ...I love McDonals Cesar salad with crispy chicken. When I eat the salad I use the Paul Newmans Cesar salad dressing. It took me while to figure out that it was the salad dressing along with the tomatoes and the different kinds of cheese that is in the salad that causes my IBS to flare up. I know that the dressing is made with anchovies which are oily. I get so sick I break out in cold sweats,vomiting,constipation and bowel movement at the same that all of these symptoms are going on. My breathing gets kind of short. I have a lot of gas bloating and constipation. My stomach gets so nervious and it makes me feel jittery. All these symptoms gose on at the same time as well bowel movements that is constipated when it flares up. I am on medication but it dose not help very much. I try to find different foods to eat but have no clue as to what I should eat and not eat. It drives me crazy sometimes because I do not know what to do. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
