Hi Shell, I made something like this recently for me....in fact almost identical, while I made the normal ones for my guests. It was so BAD I threw it out and ate the whites only...did you make this? If so maybe you liked it? From one who has been making deviled eggs now for more years than I'd like to remember I think I'll just have to pass from now on with the substitue ones.....but then, that's just me. Kandee
