Hoisin sauce       05/10/09 07:06 AM Edit Reply Quote Sand Reged: 12/13/04 Posts: 4490 Loc: West Orange, NJ (IBS-D) I used Ka-Me Hoisin Sauce for years. It came in a nice little jar and was dark, thick, and wonderful in recipes. Now they've changed the ingredients and it comes in an ugly bottle and is a weird shade of red and thin as water and my much loved recipes taste terrible.
