EASY ..Lisa's Lunch PASTA with Bean and Tomato Puree :)

I took some Ziti noodles and made a easy quick lunch..
3 main ingredients.. Can Diced tomato - drained
Can Beans , Cannelin Or white or even Chick pea may be good
Pasta- I used ZITI noodles

Make your noodles and drain.
Take your fav can beans ( I used cannelini) Drain & rinse
Puree in Food Processor with seasonings of your choice..

I added salt pepper, galic powder and a bit of curry powder.
Variations:
I m sure you could use Italian such as basil , garlic, oregano etc .
You could do Lemon juice if you want too also..

Mix the puree with seasoning of your choice with your noodles ( I guessed at how much I wanted.. I didnt make it like soupy just tossed them.
Then add drained can tomatoes and toss. Warm in Microwave & serve..

It was really yummy and easy..
