Looking for a EASY recipie with WHite beans??       04/14/09 10:53 AM Edit Reply Quote lisamonoson Reged: 07/08/06 Posts: 144 Loc: FL I am extremely C right now and I haven't figured out what to make for dinner yet. I have some Cannelin beans that I thought would give me some good fiber of course cooked right with no pain.. Anyone have any Good recipes with beans that is safe but good fibers.. Maybe something with can diced tomatoes, Rice etc.. The only beans I have had since being on the diet for 1 year now is hummus.
