Loc: Southern Indiana

2 boneless skinless turkey breast halves (2 1/2 lbs. each)
1 c. cranberry juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. canola oil
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. pepper
SAUCE:
16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
Place turkey in large resealable plastic bag. Combine next 5 ingredients; pour over turkey. Seal and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill turkey, covered, over indirect heat for 1 1/4 hours or until juices run clear and meat thermometer reads 170. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve with the turkey.
I have not made this yet. I found the recipe in a Taste of Home magazine and it looks soooo good. Heather, please let me know if this is not IBS safe. Not sure about the cranberry sauce- I am thinking it is okay. I know the oil has fat in it.. I am going to try only using a little bit. (I am thinking since it is in the marinade most of it gets discarded anyway)
