spaghetti Squash Italian

Try this dairy, egg, gluten-free vegeatarian dish. Let me know what your think!

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 large spaghetti squash
3 medium zucchini
1 large red bell pepper
1 can of tomotoes, drained
3 garlic cloves
2 TBS of itailian sesoning

1. Cut the squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds.
2. Cook the squash in the microwave on high in a small amount of water for 8- 10 minutes or boil 2" of water and palce it open side down until it is soft.
3. Scoop out the fleshy part of the squash from the shell.
4. Slice the zucchini and bell pepper and saute in garlic. Add the seasonings and tomatoes.
5. Serve hot on top of the speghatti.
