Potato flour?       10/08/08 01:36 PM Edit Reply Quote TarasMom Reged: 08/01/08 Posts: 13 Loc: North Carolina Can anyone give me ideas what to make with potato flour? I'm asking because my daughter (8 yrs.old) has been following Heather's diet for a couple of months now-(much success!) except for the fact that she's missing a few vitamins and minerals. One is potassium, which can be quite serious. A great source of potassium is potato flour, but I am not a cook. I've learned a lot in the last few months having to cook for her, but I don't know what to do with potato flour! Any one know? Thanks! Tara's Mom Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
