Reged: 02/28/05 Posts: 83 Loc: Luxembourg, LU Hey everyone, Sorry if this is a repeated question (couldn't immediately find a response on the forum), but: Is there a consensus on whether sausages with pork casing are safe? I find lots of otherwise perfectly yummy looking sausages that then spoil it all - I think - by saying "packed in a natural pork casing".
