Gourmet Vanilla Hot Chocolate       12/12/03 11:30 AM Edit Reply Quote till Reged: 02/11/03 Posts: 712 4 1/2 c. soy milk 14 tsp. cocoa 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. vannila soy ice cream 1 tbsp. orange rind 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Bing milk to a boil. Mix cocoa, sugar, then mix to form a paste with 4 tbsp. boiling milk. Whisk paste in boiling milk til a little frothy. Pour in 4 mugs. Top with ice cream, cinnamon, rind.
