Canada if anyone knows the conversion of 1 stick of butter, (yes I know its a no-no) but I need to know if I can convert this to safe margarine. I found this so easy recipe for Peach Cobbler Crumb Cake: Pour a 1 (16 oz) can of peaches in light syrup in a 9 x 13" pan.Sprinkle with a box of yellow cake mix over peaches. Then top with 1 stick of butter, sliced. Bake at 350 degrees F. until golden brown. Serve with Cool whip or as is. It sounds very yummy.
