Thank you so much. Does Bette happen to have a recipe for a wheat free carrot cake that DOES NOT have pineapple in it? (Oh yes, and that does not use a bean flour either.) I can always adapt it to make it low fat if it lists a ton of oil, which most of them do.... I've been meaning to get a book or 2 of hers. Any recommendation as to which one?
