This is yummy!       10/14/06 12:41 PM Edit Reply Quote Sand Reged: 12/13/04 Posts: 4490 Loc: West Orange, NJ (IBS-D) I found 14-oz cans of artichoke hearts, so I used one of those and cut the broth down to 1-1/2 cup and the milk (I used rice milk) down to 1-3/4 cups. I used the juice of 1/2 lemon but I'd use a little less next time - it was good with that much lemon but I'd rather taste the artichoke more. I think when I make this again, I might use the 14 ounces of artichoke and cut the liquids by half. That would make it thicker and I'd like to try it that way. Wonderful flavor and ridiculously quick and easy.
