I peel apples, sprinkle with some sugar depending on how sweet the apples already are, put in some cinnamon and nutmeg and some water or apple juice and bring to boil. Turn down low, cover and cook for about an hour or until apples are really mushy. Use potato masher or hand mixer to moosh apples and, viola, applesauce!
