The pie never really solidified. I cooked it for about 10 min longer than recommended to try to get it to firm up and then let it sit for 10 min before I cut it. We ended up scooping it into bowls. I tasted good but was really oily. Maybe the 1/2 c. of oil is an error. I'm not sure if it's worth trying with applesauce or not. -------------------- Jen Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
