Bread pudding       11/19/03 08:01 PM Edit Reply Quote sherr1 Reged: 10/07/03 Posts: 586 Loc: Southern, Calif 4 eggs (1 cup egg beaters) 2 cups milk (soy orignal or rice) 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 2 1/2 cups bread cubes ( 3 1/2 slices or sourdough) 1/3 cup Raisins (optional) Beat together eggs, milk,sugar,cinnamon,vanilla,salt. Place bread cubes in a 8x1 1/2 inch round baking pan. Sprinkle raisins over bread.Pour egg mixture over all. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or till knife inserted comes out clean.
