Re: Fresh Strawberry Muffins       07/30/06 01:33 PM Edit Reply Quote craftymeg Reged: 07/07/06 Posts: 64 Loc: Newfoundland, Canada Just a tip for people wary of the whole wheat flour: What about substituting brown rice flour for the whole wheat flour, it still gives you some insoluble fiber but is a whole grain that is more tolerable to IBS?
