Thanks for the info! And yes I'm VERY glad I can handle cool whip too, I think I'd go nuts w/out it! And also thank you for the Chocolate Cake for One recipe. It's awesome! I've had it (topped with Cool Whip) for the past 2 evenings! I'm gonna have to watch my diet!! I've been reading the recipes & advice for a few weeks now & I'm so glad this site it here!
