Soy Cream Cheese Icing - 14 oz soy cream cheese, softened - 1/2 c soy butter - 1 c confectioner's sugar - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 tsp lemon juice 1. Beat butter and cheese w/ electric mixer until fluffy 2.
