I ws experimenting today to do something different with my chicken at lunch. You know how subway has chicken wraps, well I made my own.
1 pkg fat free flour tortilla 1 pkg chicken breast tenders 1 cup white rice steamed tofutti sour cream avocado (optional) tomato (optional)
Grill chicken about 15-20 mins or until done add your choice of spice.
1 serving size suggestion
warm one flour tortilla, fill with 2 tablespoon of chicken,1 tablespoon of rice, 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream, add diced avocado and diced tomato. Roll or fold and enjoy. Add a glass of soy milk or rice milk for your refreshment or whip up some horchata from Heathers book.
