Thanks for all the ideas! I tried my first Luna bar(s) this week - loved the lemon, but tried the nutz for chocolate, too, which did NOT love me, so now I'm looking at them to see why (oops). The shrimp and wraps are great ideas i hadn't thought of. A lot of what you suggested I can only do sometimes - I still tend to stick to very safe foods, even after all this time. once in a while I'll get a little more adventurous, but not out of the house, as it occasionally comes back to haunt me. However, the boiled egg whites are a great idea, and the dried fruit.
