It's fabulous stuff, either as an after dinner drink or over ice cream. It's an Italian Liqueur that is easy to make. Do a Google search and you'll find a lot of similar recipes. You take the outer most lemon peel off LOTS of lemons (no white please) then soak the peels for a long time in vodka. I soaked mine for over 2 months. Then take the lemon out and add a simple simple syrup. I've made it for Christmas gifts, but started making it in the middle of the summer. When complete it's stored in the freezer for serving. Yummy stuff.
