I adapted my mil's recipe for homemade chocolate pudding: mix 3 TBS cocoa, 4 TBS flour (White), cup and 1/2 sugar in a medium sauce pan. Slowly add 2 1/2 cups of soy or rice milk (Not Silk brand) until it is all mixed together. Cook over medium heat until is thickened and bubbly. Serve in small portions-really rich!! It is very good to put a little on soy icecream-like a hot fudge sundae Let me know if you try it-YUMMY!!!! Mary
