I also used a whole egg, not 2 egg whites, mostly because I was lazy... the 5 or 6 grams of fat isn't going to make that much of a difference spread out over that many cookies. One tip: Use two spoons when shaping the cookies, rather than getting your fingers into it. Melissa's not kidding when she says the dough is *sticky*. I used one spoon to scoop up the dough, and the other to push it off the spoon and to roll it in the sugar. Otherwise, it's a huge mess - LOL! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
