It smells heavenly cooking and tastes just as fantastic. Like Casey, I used a smaller, oval casserole dish. I also used only 2 sweet potatoes and 3 apples and reduced the rest of the ingredients to compensate. I definitely plan on making this again, and soon! It comes highly recommended. You may notice that mine never really browned up. I think Casey's suggestion of spraying it with cooking spray after adding the breadcrumbs would remedy that.
