Chocolate Zucchini Brownies       10/08/05 09:42 PM Edit Reply Quote Shell Marr Reged: 08/04/03 Posts: 14959 Loc: Seattle, WA USA Chocolate Zucchini Brownies Mix in large bowl: 2 - 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini 1/2 cup ripe mashed banana (about 1 medium, if you don't have enough add applesauce) 1 T water 2 tsp vanilla In a separate bowl; sift and then gently combined together: 2 cups unbleached white flour 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup cocoa powder 2/3 cup sugar (more if you like it sweeter) Fold dry ingredients into wet, batter will be stiff.
