Junior Mints are the only safe chocolate candy I know of.

Marshmallows are totally fine. Speaking of marshmallows, rice krispy treats are safe too, as long as you make your own - there should be a recipe in the recipe index.

Popcorn is kind of iffy - it's very hard to digest. Candied apples are a double-whammy - the apple peel is also hard to digest, and the candy coating (esp. if it's caramel) has dairy in it, which is a big no-no.
