Casey's Chicken or Chickpea Curry       08/10/05 09:36 AM Edit Reply Quote LindsayK Reged: 04/15/05 Posts: 32 Loc: Austin, TX I made this recipe last night. I wanted something I could take to work as leftovers and boy do I have leftovers. This is a wonderful low fat Indian dish. I just loved it! Chickpea or Chicken Curry My curry powder is really spicy, but the raisins and apples added the right amount of sweetness. I threw some chicken in too since I had it on hand. Mmmm...yummy! I also had frozen Naan (traditional Indian flatbread) from our local Indian grocery store that went wonderfully with this meal.
