Work Picnic       09/09/03 09:36 AM Edit Reply Quote Kristine Reged: 05/15/03 Posts: 229 Loc: Pittsburgh, PA Hi! I'm new to the board and looking forward to chatting with all of you! I was wondering if I could ask for some suggestions. My husband's work picnic is this coming Sunday and I'm one of a bunch of people that need to bring a dessert. I'm pretty sure that most will go the easy route--cakes and cookies. I'm looking for something different (and IBS safe so I know I can eat it) that doesn't need refrigerated. Since it's going to be served to a large group of people (many of whom I don't know very well), I want to keep the ingredients as simple as possible. Some people get turned off by soy and tofu.
