Cucumbers       08/28/03 11:17 AM Edit Reply Quote lithelady Reged: 08/15/03 Posts: 339 Loc: Novato, CA Hi all, Does anyone have any recipes that use cooked cukes? If not, what can I do with several wonderful home grown cukes a neighbor gave me yesterday? I've only been on H's diet for 3 weeks and am still being very careful in regards to any insoluble fiber b/c I'm still dealing with stabilizing my colon after many years of severe constipation.
