2 of my favorite recipes I have come up with: Hoisin chicken pizza: 1 pillsbury pizza crust put on a cookie sheet 1/2 bag baby spinach (coarsely chopped if possible) 1/2 jar hoisin sauce 1 package or so sliced mushrooms a couple cooked chicken breasts sliced or diced (can use leftover chicken or any cooked frozen or prepared chicken from the store) salt and garlic to taste Put the hoisin sauce on the pizza, top with spinach, mushrooms and chicken and garlic and salt. Cook in preheated oven according to directions on pizza dough can.
Indian chicken wraps with mango salsa 4 chicken breasts, sliced flour tortillas purple onion, sliced Patak's tandoori marinade Patak's mango salsa, mild Put the marinade sauce on the chicken. heat a saute pan and add Pam. Throw in onions and then chicken with sauce, cook until done. Put on warm tortillas with some mango salsa. Serve with rice and veg. Can put chopped romaine on the wraps.
