Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

It comes in a package with 5 sausages. You can get hot or sweet. I wanted sweet but when I defrosted it it was hot. However that tasted better! White sauce is never very tasty you know but this was good. I was going to have the leftovers for lunch but DH got to them first. He said it was good.

P.S. turkey sausage is made with some dark meat. But most here say they are fine with that. Only the expensive ground turkey breast doesn't have dark meat in it.
This recipe is awesome! I use long grain white rice in it and hot or sweet sausage. One of DH's favs!
