being the gourmet cook you are. I have the least problems in GOOD restaurants, bar none. Tell me what you WANT to make and I can steer you to a substitution or an alternative if one is even needed.
Just remember to stay away from anything with wheat, barley, rye or oats in it...and pick your spices wisely...McCormick is safe..fresh is even better....and then there are a lot of other things to consider, but for just one dinner, you won't need to be an expert on eating gluten free....as far as preparation goes...pans that once held gluten can be lined with foil.
