Sunrise Smoothie

I adapted this for IBS from my egg white container. I haven't had a chance to make them yet but I thought I would share the recepies.


1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup soy yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 cup your fav fruit

Combine the ingredients in blender. Blend for 1 min and serve.


1 1/2 cups soy milk or rice milk
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 soy yogurt
1 banana
1 tbsp honey

Add milk to a blender followed by egg whites. Blend for 10 seconds on low. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute. You can add crushed ice and other types of fruit such as pineapple and strawberries.
