I found another Twice Baked Sweet Potato recipe in the Recipe Index while I was trying to find this one: Shirl's Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes which has some other flavorings you could try and doesn't use any oil. I'm going to try Shirl's soon, but skip the marshmallows.
