I'm not too up on my spuds, but I'm going to give Maris Piper ones a go! The sweet pots really crisped up really well, so there's no doubt that the microwave works as well as the oven - and its quicker!! haha I sliced them pretty thin, but even the thicker ones crisped up nicely!! I'm going to try it with beetroot next, as you can get beetroot crisps and parsnips!! How exciting, never again will I have to buy crisps from the supermarket!! Thanks again...
