Shortbread recipe       07/14/03 05:17 PM Edit Reply Quote till Reged: 02/11/03 Posts: 712 Shortbread Cookies 1/2c. icing sugar 1/2c. cornstarch 1c. apple or soy butter 1 1/2c. flour Mix dry ingredients in butter. Blend with mixer on low speed. Then turn to high. Mix into a whip cream. Drop spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 325F, 20 min. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
