Hi - Yogurt is lower in lactose than non-fermented dairy products. The problem is, it's not just the lactose that causes problems for IBS. It's the fat, casein, and whey in dairy. And all of those elements are in yogurt. So, to be safe, just stick to the soy yogurt instead.
