I usually do 450F. The fries take about 1/2 hr or so and the chicken nuggets are about 10 min. Sometimes I get impatient with the potatoes and for the last bit I just stick the broiler on to brown them up. You know when they start "whistling", they don't have much longer to go.

There's also some recipes on the boards for different variations for the oven fries. Check the index. They should be listed under sides.
