but I think it is for adult discriminating tastes. Very elegant for company but not everyone likes fennel/anise. My husband almost ate the vanilla bean! I used those baby carrots with the tops on and parboiled them and they made it look fancier. The only trouble was in folding the paper neatly. I think you would pay big bucks for this at a restaurant. If you make it make sure the fish is in small fillets and they are all the same size.
