Valentines Day Brownies       02/19/03 01:39 PM Edit Reply Quote KinOz Reged: 02/02/03 Posts: 909 Loc: Brisbane, Australia Has anyone made these yet? I tried them and they were really yummy but I had a bit of trouble with the cooking time. I don't know if it is because my oven is not fan forced but when I checked it after 20mins it was still very runny inside. I ended up cooking it for a further 15 mins before it seemed cooked in the middle but then the cheesecake type feeling was very solid instead of being creamy. I'm not sure what sort of texture the cheesecake part should end up with or if I did something wrong. They still tasted nice but I'm not sure if they turned out the way they were supposed to.
