Re: Double boiler?????       09/28/04 01:20 PM Edit Reply Quote cailin Reged: 08/12/04 Posts: 3563 Loc: Dublin, Ireland Linz, I think what they mean is the method we use to melt chocolate when you cook..its in the recipe for RKT's too and what I did was fill a pot with boiling water and then put a pyrex/glass bowl on top of it and but the ingredients in there, it melts stuff more gently than direct heat.
