I call this surprise because I usually use whatever is in the pantry but it's always good and quick! 1/2 lbs pasta, cooked and drained 1 pkg dry italian salad dressing mix 1 can/pouch tuna packed in water, drained Add to this some of the following: frozen veggies (heated)(mix, peas, broccoli, corn, etc) garbanzo beans soy cheese shredded carrots black olives or whatever else suits your fancy.
My kids love it for lunch and it makes great leftovers. I like mine very flavored but if you tend to like less flavoring, use 1/2 a pkg Salad dressing mix. Rena
