Re: Ultimate Non-Dairy Chocolate Pudding -- adapted ingred. amts for whole container of tofu       09/25/04 10:39 AM Edit Reply Quote amo616 Reged: 08/16/04 Posts: 236 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hi, I changed the ingredient quantities to use up an entire container of tofu: 2 1/2 cups of silken tofu (drain WELL!) 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup cocoa 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon salt I mixed it well with a spoon and then blended it with a hand blender. Bet you could freeze it and eat it like ice cream!!
