I saw Steph's wonderful chili recipe and just had to add mine. (hope you don't mind Steph.) I also thought this would be a good time since the colder temperatures are right around the corner. I absolutely love chili, and firmly believe that you can't have too many chili recipes.

Rachel's Chili

2 lbs ground turkey breast
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Cup celery, chopped
1/2 Cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 Cup chopped red bell pepper
2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (6 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 Cup water
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (30 oz) can chili beans, undrained

In a large saucepan or dutch oven, brown ground turkey breast and onion; drain. Add all remaining ingredients except chili beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour. Add chili beans; simmer until thoroughly heated.

**To cook in a slow cooker, brown turkey breast and onion in a skillet; drain. Continue as directed except add beans with the other ingredients; Cook on high setting for 3-4 hours or low setting for 8-9 hours.
