I'm new here       08/15/22 10:11 AM Edit Reply Quote LB1328 Reged: 08/15/22 Posts: 1 I have been diagnosed with collagenous colitis and thought I'd try Heather's Tummy Fiber on a recommendation from someone else who has same and is having success with the HTF. I just started taking it. (my question is below). It seemed to calm things down yesterday but today after taking the first dose today things aren't as quiet and am having occasional D so far. How long does it take to take effect and should I take it a certain way, without food, before eating...etc? Can I increase the dose by ½ tsp. today? thank you for any feedback, I'm glad to be here.
